Lucas is 3 months and 18 days old....
He is weighing at 7.2kg and his height is 69cm.
At 3 months old, Lucas began to smile and chuckle. He smiles when he wakes up in the morning, after he is fed, when he knows it's play time, when we call his name and talk to him. He also has his cranky times, like when he is tired, hungry, wants to be carried and seeks for attention. He has also been sleeping through the night, a good 8 hours or longer on some days.
Just a few days ago, he has been trying to turn over. All the time, his legs were over but his head got stuck. As he hasn't master turning over, he definitely cannot turn back. So he will be crying for help when he knows he has made the wrong decision trying to flip.
Just only, he let out a cry in his cot. I went into the room to check on him. His body was half twisted. I laughed and teased and turned him back. His eyelids were heavy and doze off the next moment, so actually, he was sleeping!! Not again, immediately, he tried to flip. This time, I put him position to the side of the cot on his bed, so that he won't have that space. I am beginning to see myself waking up to help him with his poorly mastered stunt for the next few nights, or perhaps weeks... T_T.
It's definitely another milestone for him... One day, he prob wakes up lying on his tummy. The next moment, he starts to reach out for things. And suddenly the next day, he probably starts mumbling "Mama".
Babies... see how persevere they are. Knowing it's going to hit the wall but they never give up trying... Hahaha!
