Homemade Pancake.
It is better than the one taken from allrecipe in terms of taste, look and presentation.
Pancake batter
3/4 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tbsp sugar (which I omitted)
1 egg
25g butter, melted
3/4 cup buttermilk
Mix flour, baking soda and sugar. Sieve flour if possible, for more fluffiness.
Make a well in the center, gradually mix egg and butter till it's blended with the flour mixture then stir in buttermilk making sure there's no lump.
Simply heat up a lightly grease flying pan and pour batter into it. I use 1 scoop of large soup ladle for each pancake. Once the batter starts to bubble, flip it over and place in the heat for another couple minutes.
Wala! Dribble with maple syrup and add some fruits of your choice! Yum yum...
