Progressing and developing.

A quick summarise of my off day this week. After a long while, we finally find the time to go for a swim. Normally, we prefer weekdays morning as it is much much less crowded. The boys were having some good time together.
He loves splashing the water.
I really love simple off day routine when we could have another round of play at the playground.
Insisting in taking the ball to the playground.
With provision of time, we manage a scooping activity. This time, with a teaspoon.
Managed pretty well even though has better control with the bigger spoons.
While he was quite good in matching these puzzles the first time I introduced it to him, today, he finally was able to fix them on his own. That give me some quiet time as he started playing on his own.

This week, he caught us with surprised when he blurted 2 short sentences. They were "奶奶's house has bees" and "This is 2." when he saw the number 2. He is not shy talking, negotiating, explaining in his own world of language.

Before we were going to bed today, he could not stop defending himself when I was firmly asking him to keep his toys. We started to have sort of debate. I couldn't figure him out but he could understand me. Anyway, it was too funny to watch on and I had to laugh it out to admit defeat. He laughed too. I told myself I will have to just walk out of sight from him to hide my laugh next time.
