Estée Lauder Concealer and YSL Lip Stain
My weakness and again. However, I find no excuse because my concealer has really run out and I have not been putting on concealer under my panda eyes for weeks.
I have been a loyal fan of RMK as you can read from here. BUT I have been secretly missing Estee Lauder Double Wear Light liquid foundation very much. I used it years back for work. It creates that dewy look on the face (not oily) and yet gives enough coverage. It's that, I patronized Estee Lauder beauty counter once again. Very much wanted to get it, but I have yet to finish the current bottle of RMK. Thus, I decided to replace my concealer instead. (YES! I am that DISCIPLINED! :p)
Unlike RMK concealer which has hydrating and highlight effect, this is just purely for cover up purpose. I was a bit skeptical and worried it will get too dry and create crease under my eyes. After using it for a few weeks, I think my worries were not necessary. Because just like it says on the little tube, it stays in place and it wears on flawless. No crease yet no shine. And looks covered up after a long day.
Oh well, I am not a big big fan of lipstick or gloss. Perhaps it's age, work, whatever or just me, a lip color can further brighten up my pale face. Then again, I have no habit to touch up after meals. When I come across this lipstick aka lipgloss aka lip stain, I decided to go for it. YSL Rouge Pur Couture, lip glossy stain. A very natural sheer look with the first coat, just right for every day. And with more layers, the color gets more intense to go for the night. It feels a little sticky with the very first coat. However, it does not cause your hair to stick on your lips like the MAC gloss does. It is still comfortable. I have to say that I really like it for its long wearing and am planning to get another one more to a pinkish tone.
Am easily happy with these purchase. LOL. I can't wait to get my next bottle of Double Wear Stay in Place liquid foundation. :D
