Drugstore Liquid Eyeliner and Foundation

2 drugstore beauty hauls on separate days within a week. Sharing a little on my new purchases and existing ones in my vanity.

1. Liquid Eyeliner
Kat-Von-D tattoo liner is only available in Sephora US, thus it is really difficult for me to get hold of one on a usual repurchase. I love this eyeliner and reviewed here
L'oreal Super Liner was an impulse act. I was so desperate looking for one, and we all knew L'oreal has one of the most lasting and glossy black liner in the drugstores. However, the brush tip is a little thick for my liking.
Still desperately looking for one, I have never splurged on liquid eyeliner before, I settled for Maybelline Hyperliner in 0.03mm brush tip. Why not Japanese brand? As far as I can remember, they smudge on my oily lid most of the time. Quite happy with Maybelline for now, it's easy to control for the thickness of the look that I want, it has not smudged yet and very lasting I would say.

2. Finishing powder
Sorry that my photos in this post look dirty because of lack in lighting. I have declutter my cosmetics and practice control purchased, the above is what are left.
Ever since, I was introduced to Mac mineralize powder, there was no more powder dust around the vanity and on the floor. I ditched most of my Bareminerals loose powder for it. The texture of Mac Mineralize powder is really light and yet creamy when touch. It's perfect for daily use and settling foundation without drying your complexion.
I couldn't bear to part with my Guerlain. It has been with me for the longest period. Everything about it is luxurious- the packaging, the fine texture, the scent and the glow it gives to the skin. But it can be a little too much on my oily combination skin when it oxidizes, thus I usually work a little magical over my cheekbone.
Bareminerals bronzer is  for contouring purpose. I used to love their bronzer in the loose powder form and had to get hold of one when they were launched in compact.

My new addition to the finishing powder was an affordable 2 way foundation by Revlon Colorstay in Ivory. So the excuse for me to get this is for touch up when I'm on the move in the day. Although it is a 2 way foundation, but it is really light and the coverage is pretty sheer. It evens out skin tone and you do not feel cakey or botchy on your face. The slim and sleek packaging definitely makes it easy to carry around.

A new Wishlist column was set up. I love beauty products like how I would wish to have a closet of them.
